Five-hour rental. Midweek is Monday–Thursday; weekend is Friday–Sunday. Includes delivery, setup, and pickup within 15 miles of Reno. Farther out, delivery is charged per mile, measured one way from Reno. The rate covers both the delivery and pickup trips.

Looking for a mobile bar for a wedding? How is this different?
Rolling Red Door is a private mobile lounge rental, not a staffed mobile bar. You hire a furnished room with seating for 6–10 and a mini fridge for your own refreshments. We deliver, set up, and pick up; no alcohol, bartending, or on-site staff is provided. See the wedding lounge option.
Is there a mini bar or fridge for our drinks?
A mini fridge is included, rather than a stocked mini bar. You bring your own refreshments. If you choose to bring alcohol, follow your venue’s rules and applicable requirements.
How many people can sit in the lounge?
The lounge seats 6–10 at a time. For a larger event, guests can use the room in smaller groups. Tell us your guest count so we can plan the rental with you.
Can we rent it just for a small gathering?
Yes. Plan an intimate birthday, anniversary, or evening with friends for 6–10, without a larger event around it. We’ll confirm location, access, timing, and power before booking.
Can guests use it for a break during an event?
Yes. It gives a small group a separate place to sit and talk away from the main crowd. We’ll plan placement with you; how quiet it feels depends on the venue and distance from speakers.
Does the fireplace provide heat?
It has a simulated flame effect and a heater function. We’ll confirm the fireplace’s power requirements and heating setup before booking. Additional winter space heaters require shore power.
Can it come to my backyard BBQ?
That's exactly the kind of get-together we have in mind. Share your address and a little about the space. We'll confirm delivery access and a suitable setup location before booking.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Five-hour rentals are $499 plus tax Monday–Thursday and $849 plus tax Friday–Sunday, with delivery, setup, and pickup included within 15 miles of Reno. Beyond that, delivery is $6.95 per mile from Reno; see pricing and delivery zones. Send your date and location for a quote. Dates are not reserved until your booking is confirmed.

Send your event address or venue and a photo of the proposed setup area if you have one. We’ll review trailer access and placement before confirming a booking.
Tell us your guest count, timing, access constraints, and whether there’s a power hookup. No hookup, or planning for winter? Mention that too so we can plan battery or generator use, or shore-powered heat.
